Please note that the complete set of documents consists of:
1. Correctly filled in with a handwritten signature of the application form available at section file to download
2. Correctly filled of Attachment form no. 1 in an editable WORD version available at section file to download
3. A short biography
4. A colour portrait photograph in JPG format;
5. A document confirming continued education or educational attainment
6. Sheet music performed in stages I, II and III (piano extract)
7. A video recording of any piece(s) of a total length of 5-10 minutes, without cuts within one piece
